What is the workshop all about?

The reason for troubled relationships and broken families are many and often complex… but there is help and there is hope!  The Life Skills Level I Workshop is a 12 to 15-week comprehensive curriculum that takes participants through a transformative, restorative process.  The goal is to discover your authentic self – the person God created you to be, empowered by the Holy Spirit.  You will be equipped to live in the reality of who you are in Christ and get free of destructive behaviors that are relationship destroyers.  All the material is rooted in God’s Word, our most powerful weapon to victorious living.  Topics addressed include family of origin patterns, the process of healing through forgiveness and repair, confronting negative messages about your identity and security, and establishing healthier truth-based responses to situations that trigger painful emotional responses.  Please note: childcare not available.
